AALDEF: Asian American Legal Defense and Education Fund
The Asian American Legal Defense and Education Fund has been set up to help Asian Americans for needs that they may have. The AALDEF is for Asian law needs. They are an Asian American association of individuals who have practiced Asian law or those who wish to practice Asian law. The AALDEF provides free Asian law advice to any of those in need.

Most specifically they deal in Asian law regarding immigration to the US. The Asian American association also deals in helping those in poor areas get the advice they need for immigration, family law, government benefits, Anti Asian violence, voting rights, employment discrimination, labor rights, and other workplace issues. The Asian American association wishes to help anyone who needs legal advice without making things more difficult. There are some individuals who can't afford to get the answers they need through regular law offices. In short they need free help. With the Asian American association this help is offered.

The Asian American association will help in naturalization, help with legal training workshops, litigates cases and much more. The Asian American association strives to help thousands of individuals a year in their needs. Furthermore the Asian American association will help with Asian law courses. They are going to help to offer the training students may need for Asian law or any public law. They want to make sure that Asian law degrees can be obtained by those who are interested.

The Asian American association is more than just helpful legal advice. They have a building located in New Jersey where you can seek their help. They also have a community fund that they will offer to individuals seeking to help create a better community for their fellow Asian Americans. The fund is operated at the Federation to help any donors willing to invest in programs met with those who need the gifts. The gifts are unrestricted as to how much and what it can be used for. There does need to be a valid and heartfelt use.

If your interest is not in providing money or receiving money through the Asian American association there are other ways you are able to help. They have a research department attached to the association that will help in Asian law cases as well as other research that may need to be completed. For example, research on specific communities that may need upgrading may be part of what is done through the foundation.

There are many ways to help the Asian American association to make sure that no one in the community will suffer from any type of need. This may mean hate crimes, education, Asian law training, and much more. As you know Asian families are very much about family and being there to help.
